As we are convinced that our trends will grow explosively, we endeavour to have as pure a fund as possible where the link to our selected areas is as clear and strong as possible. We have a concentrated portfolio of about 25-30 holdings where we have a strong belief in each of the holdings.

Ace Fonder AB has entered into a cooperation agreement with AIFM Capital AB (556737-5562). Under this agreement, AIFM will manage and administer the MetaSpace Fund. The designated portfolio manager for the fund is Magnus Nicklasson, who is employed by AIFM. The agreement grants Ace Fonder AB the rights to promote and market the fund, including ownership of all marketing materials such as text, images, and media. AIFM Capital acts as a "fund hotel." Established in 2007, AIFM is a fund company and AIF manager regulated by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen). AIFM's main business is fund management and providing services to Swedish fund companies, including risk management and fund administration.
